 “Increase the self-efficiency of domestic produced soybean!” 
Soybean is a key food for Japanese people; however, the self-sufficiency rate is only 20%.  Therefore, Japan depends heavily on imported soybean. OHYA SEISAKUJYO invented the soybean sorting machine to help reduce the workload of small farmers. The machine was developed in cooperation with the youth club of local industry associations and farmers’ opinions.  We will continue to help both sides by tie-ups between town factories and different industries.

Making Japan happy with soybeans through manufacturing

The time-consuming and labor-intensive process of sorting soybeans is a bottleneck for farmers every year. This product enables efficient, safe and reliable sorting, and is easy to install. This is leading to the creation of new jobs in local welfare.

Yamakita Forest Restoration Project

This is a project that restores the natural cycle and forest diversity to a healthy state by effectively using thinned wood and collaborating with manufacturing companies.

生徒は在学中 「自分の」天板を使用します。
卒業時には、外した天板を記念に贈呈されます！

本来、ねりもぐさを入れて温める事で熱と圧刺激を与える灸道具を電子化。
火を使わない電子制御で安全に使用できる製品を川崎のものづくり企業と製品化に取り組んでいます。
​本体の木部には間伐材を使用、しっくりと手に馴染む作りとなっています。

  • 温度制御に産業機器で使う「PID制御」を採用することで温度を常に一定に保つことが可能に

  • 環境に配慮し、県内の間伐材を使用

  • 握りグリップを人間工学に基づき設計

  • 皮膚に当たる接触面が大きく、温熱と圧刺激の両立が可能に
