OEM

Based on the mass production processing technology and quality control capabilities we have cultivated so far, we will develop our business not merely as a manufacturing contractor, but as a system that is involved in product creation from the design and development stages. By working closely with our customers' ideas and challenges and providing consistent support from prototyping and improvement to mass production, we will realize higher value manufacturing. Furthermore, we will actively engage in OEM, and as a product development partner that leverages our technical capabilities and proposal capabilities, we will deliver new value to society.

OHYA (Our own brand)

We want to enrich our customers' time through "handicrafts" that engage with the flexibility of metal.
We want people to experience traditional Japanese culture through our products.
And I want to pass on this technology to the next generation.

That is the philosophy behind the OHYA brand.

Thermal massage device (jointly developed)

This device, which originally involved heating kneaded mugwort to provide heat and pressure stimulation, has been digitized.
We are working with a manufacturing company in Kawasaki to commercialize a product that uses electronic control and does not involve fire, making it safe to use.
The wooden parts of the main body are made from thinned timber, resulting in a design that feels comfortable and natural in the hand.
At Oya Seisakusho, we are responsible for lathe machining of the grip wood and manufacturing the brass caps, which are the contact parts, using a deep drawing process.

  • By employing "PID control," a method used in industrial equipment, for temperature control, it becomes possible to maintain a constant temperature at all times.

  • Environmentally conscious, we use thinned timber from within the prefecture.

  • The grip is designed based on ergonomics.

  • The large contact surface area with the skin allows for the simultaneous application of heat and pressure stimulation.
